Key worker training

The key worker training is aimed at key workers at treatment services, collecting the NDTMS. The training emphasises the importance of the NDTMS data collection and is tailored to the requirements of the key workers to cover the various aspects of the data collection. NDTMS Induction Training

The NDTMS run monthly induction training courses. These courses are aimed at new members of agency staff who are responsible for entering and or submitting NDTMS data, and or completing and returning data cleansing exercises.

The course will cover:-

  • Understanding the requirements of the NDTMS
  • Understanding the specific definitions of key NDTMS data items
  • Identify the different stages at which a client’s data is collected
  • Use the correct documentation to clarify definitions
  • Uploading and submitting the monthly data onto DAMS
  • The data entry tool (DET) if required

Below are the dates currently scheduled up to December 2015:-

Adult Services

10th September-0930 to 1300

20th October -0930 to 1300

10th November -0930 to 1300

15th December -0930 to 1300

YP Services

7th October -1330 to 1700

1st December-0930 to 1300
